Diets can also promote weight loss when followed on a regular basis. An appetite with high fiber foods, fruits, vegetables, juices, sprouts, grains, nuts, seeds, and beans etc can supply healthy vitamins providing sufficient calcium, magnesium & potassium levels to boost the energy in the body.
Balanced fat free diet accompanied with routine physical exercises helps losing weight over a short term proving numerous weight reduction programs to be successful. However, the realistic goal of keeping the lost weight off is a higher responsibility that would require the following:
(i) A dietary management depending on the food preference and life style.
(ii) Behavioral modification avoiding hyper indulgence in food and alcohol.
(iii) Activities for physical and mental exertion.
