Not just the pregnant women but also who might become pregnant or are breast-feeding should avoid any kind of non prescription or prescription diet pills.
Whatever intake a pregnant woman does in the form of food or alcohol or diet pills, it goes to the unborn child as well and your baby does not need these diet pills and can adversely affect the growth of the baby. For mothers who are breast feeding their babies, diet pills can affect milk secretion after the child birth.
So keep yourself away from any kind of diet pills and strictly follow doctor’s advice while pregnancy and beast feeding. It’s just not worth any risks taking any sorts of slimming tablets
