Know the root causes of Premature Ejaculation

It may be a serious problem or just a temporary problem (like in first time sex, young age, etc). If it’s a temporary problem, then there’s nothing much to be done other than waiting. But if it’s a medical problem, then you should do something to prevent it.
Now coming to our main topic- causes of premature ejaculation: It can be categorized as two types;
1. Psychological causes
Early childhood experiences which provoked fear of discovery during masturbation, for example might still be causing trouble
Having a negative experience regarding sex
Tension on various matters such as business, life, education, money, etc
Negative reactions from sex partner regarding sex can also provoke premature ejaculation.
2. Medical causes
Mainly impotence which can be treated with the help of a doctor.
Now how do you treat it? Well, you need some patience and do some practice. There are several exercises for it which can help control PE. I heard that garlic can improove ejaculation strengh, as well as increase the time spent in an actual sexual intercourse.
Is that right? If it is…i’ll risk smelling like garlic every day at work, so please don’t joke
